Her extensive background in administration, event management, and marketing has honed her skills in supporting and collaborating with teams to achieve collective goals.
Her experience has instilled a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional service and results, ensuring that every client receives the best possible support.

Luci Twomey
Office Administrator

Luci is an integral part of the Marx Real Estate team, providing essential support as our Office Administrator. Recently finishing high school, she brings fresh enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and a keen willingness to learn.
Luci works closely with our Senior Property Manager, Rosie, assisting with property management tasks, tenant communications, and administrative support.
Her attention to detail and proactive approach help ensure a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants.
With a friendly and approachable nature, Luci is always happy to help—whether it’s assisting clients, managing office operations, or supporting the team behind the scenes.
Andrew La Nauze
Director
Andrew brings 20 plus years of wine industry experience and knowledge to the Marx Real Estate team, as well as his leadership/management skills and love of the Barossa Valley, having grown up in Nuriootpa.
Andrew’s day job comprises of working as a Senior Winemaker at one of the Barossa’s largest family owned wineries, Yalumba – where he commenced in 2004.
Andrew is a dedicated family man who’s other passions are gardening, entertaining, playing his guitar and his yearly commitment to playing basketball for Barossa Magic.
Elle McArdle

Having almost 8 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry, Elle brings to the team a high level of passion for property, customer service as well as company progression.
Having been exposed to all aspects of Real Estate beginning her career in Property Management and then later in Sales, she is now committed to her role as Office Manager and encouraging her team to reach their professional and personal goals, whilst also managing the customer experience at Marx Real Estate.
