Anne Johansson

Anne brings a wealth of experience in property management to the Marx Real Estate team, with more than a decade working across the Barossa and Clare Valley regions. She is known for her friendly, professional approach and her ability to build strong, lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants. Anne has managed large residential portfolios throughout her career and has a strong understanding of tenancy legislation, property appraisals, and day to day portfolio management. Her attention to detail and organised approach ensure that every property she manages is handled with care and professionalism
Along with her hands on experience managing properties, Anne has also held senior roles where she mentored and supported other property managers, managed trust account procedures, and worked closely with government housing programs. She has extensive experience conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are managed smoothly. Anne’s approachable nature, strong industry knowledge, and commitment to great service make her a valued member of the Marx Real Estate team.

Having almost 8 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry, Elle brings to the team a high level of passion for property, customer service as well as company progression.
Having been exposed to all aspects of Real Estate beginning her career in Property Management and then later in Sales, she is now committed to her role as Office Manager and encouraging her team to reach their professional and personal goals, whilst also managing the customer experience at Marx Real Estate.
